Delete your Restyle account

You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

Email us directly. Send the request from the email address registered to your Restyle account.
Confirm the request. We may reply with a limited identity-verification step to prevent unauthorized deletion.

What will be deleted

After verification, we delete or de-identify your account profile, contact details, profile photo, listings and listing photos, saved items, follows, notification tokens, and other personal account data from active systems. Your access to Restyle will end.

What may be retained

Some transaction, message, moderation, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained where necessary to protect users, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Where practical, retained records are de-identified or access-restricted. Encrypted backups and logs may persist for up to 90 days before routine deletion or isolation.

Account deletion is permanent. Before requesting deletion, complete any open transaction and save information you need. Deleted listings, messages, and profile data cannot be restored.

Timing and help

We generally complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If you cannot access your registered email or need help, contact restyle@subamati.com and explain the issue.
